Welcome to our Dubai Homes website. We are here to help you find the right path to your dream property in the United Arab Emirates or Oman. Dubai Homes Ltd was established in 2023 as a subsidiary of R and D Homes FZ-LLC which is a registered real estate company in the United Arab Emirates and is 100% owned by us.
Whether you choose a property in Dubai or Ras Al Khaimah emirate or in Oman, we will provide a complete service from the first viewing with our English speaking agent to registering your energy subscription with the authorities.
In case you are interested, we are happy to help, completely arrange the furnishing of your property or renovation according to your wishes. We have also been offering our clients complete property management from routine cleaning services to renovations since 2016.
Many of our clients also use our services in the subsequent rental of their property, whether long-term or short-term, for example, for short-term rentals, the return on the amount invested is on average between 8% and 15% per year. We will soon open a new office in Prague.
